Welcome to GEOXPIN. This application is a digital interface owned by GEOXAL, dedicated to the remote monitoring and management of vehicle tracking devices. By using this application, you agree to the following terms:
1. Nature of Service
- GEOXPIN acts as a platform to display data received from GPS tracking devices previously installed in vehicles.
- The application does not request access to the geographical location of your mobile device (the user); it only displays the coordinates of the devices registered to your account.
2. Installation and Maintenance Responsibility
- Installation and Warranty: GEOXAL (or its authorized technicians) is responsible for the technical installation and programming of the tracking devices to ensure compatibility with the platform.
- Device Integrity: The company commits to providing a warranty on the quality of installation and hardware according to signed contracts. This warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from misuse or external tampering by unauthorized parties.
- Periodic Maintenance: Maintenance and technical support services are provided by the GEOXAL team to ensure the continuous and accurate transmission of data to the GEOXPIN app.
- Data Transmission: Data is transmitted via communication networks (GSM/GPRS). Therefore, tracking continuity depends on the availability of credit and network coverage on the SIM card inside the tracking device.
3. Account Ownership and Access
- Access to the platform is granted based on the contracts concluded with GEOXAL.
- The user is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. GEOXAL is not responsible for any data leaks resulting from the user's negligence in protecting their password.
4. Legal Use
- The user acknowledges that all vehicles added to the account are under their ownership or that they have legal authorization to monitor them.
- It is strictly prohibited to use the platform for illegal spying activities or any activity that violates the local laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
5. Intellectual Property
- The GEOXPIN platform and all its software and designs are the exclusive property of GEOXAL.
- The user has no right to copy, redistribute, or attempt to access the source code of the platform.
6. Disclaimer
- We strive to ensure the accuracy of the displayed data, but we are not responsible for any delays in location updates resulting from weak satellite signals or issues with telecommunication service providers.
- GEOXAL is not responsible for the loss or theft of the vehicle if the tracking device malfunctions or if the service is interrupted for technical reasons beyond our control.
7. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws in force in the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
