Welcome to Pintel Education. This application is an educational and administrative platform aimed at facilitating communication between educational institutions, students, and parents. By using this application, you agree to the following terms:
Access System: Access permissions to the application (username and password) are granted exclusively through the school or educational institution subscribed to the Pintel system.
Account Responsibility: Parents and students are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of login data. Any activity performed through the account is considered the responsibility of the user and the account holder.
Content Source: The Pintel Education application is a technical intermediary. Therefore, all content (lessons, assignments, timetables, exam results, and absences) is entered and managed directly by the school.
Accuracy of Information: The school is primarily and ultimately responsible for the accuracy of educational and administrative content. GEOXAL assumes no responsibility for errors in results or educational content provided by the institution.

Platform and Software: All intellectual property rights related to the application design, programming code, and the "Pintel" trademark belong to GEOXAL.
School Content: Intellectual rights for educational materials and electronic books remain reserved for the school or their respective publishers.
By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive instant push notifications regarding the monitoring of absences, delays, results, and important school announcements.
We work hard to ensure 100% application stability, but we do not assume responsibility for service interruptions resulting from user internet connection issues or necessary maintenance work.
The application is not responsible for any decisions made based on school information; the school must be consulted in case of discrepancies.
Since the application targets students and minors, we emphasize that we do not collect data for advertising purposes. Student data is handled with the highest standards of encryption and security to ensure their privacy, with full supervision from parents through their private accounts.
We reserve the right to update these terms to enhance the security and effectiveness of the application.
This agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
